of guests. There's also an impressive Celebration
Menu offered one night a week. So many marvelous

Italian Restaurant
The ever changing views from its floor-to-ceiling windows serve as
a dramatic backdrop for the ever-inventive meals served at this Northern
Italian "jewel". Try the Shrimp Scampi with Forty Cloves
of Garlic, Veal Chop with Wild Mushroom Ragout, or beef Medallions
in Pesto. But don't forget to save room for one of il Adagio's scrumptious
Italian desserts.

French & Mediterranean Cuisine
With its tiny, sparkling lights and columns draped with ivy, one
could easily imagine sitting in a charming café on the Champs Élysées.
But the menu also reflects many delicious Mediterranean influences,
with just the right amount of attitude adjustment. Its clever mix
of traditional specialists and inventive signature dishes has made
Le Bistro "le favorite". Enjoy the best seat in the house
as the Maître d' prepares a traditional Caesar salad tableside.
Then get ready to say, "C'est bon!"

GINZA
Japanese
Cuisine & Teppanyaki Room
"The most authentic Japanese food this side of Nagasaki",
is how some describe this elegant Japanese restaurant complex; featuring
a sushi bar, teppanyaki room and sushi / sashimi sit-down section.
Servers dressed in elaborate Asian garb are happy to help you select
from such specialty items as Nigiri, Thin Rolls, or tempting steak
and seafood combos. The "Imperial Feast" is an excellent
choice for those who have trouble describing (a common, yet pleasant
predicament, considering Ginza's extensive menu). Chilled or warm
sake served in a traditional wooden box is popular accompaniment
to any selection.
