cruises.

What's
included in the price?
Your cruise fare includes accomodations, meals, entertainment
and extensive on-board activities.
What's
not included?
Gratuities, port charges, government fees and taxes; alcoholic
drinks and sodas, shore excursions; beauty salon and other
spa treatments, gift shop purchases, professional photos,
internet access and any additional incidentals such as dry
cleaning. However, the corporation purchasing the cruise can
pre-pay any or all of these costs for your group.

How
does the cost compare to a resort?
The economies are evident. Not only because our prices are
competitive, but because many of the services that resorts
charge extra for are complimentary aboard our ships: meeting
rooms, coffee breaks, meals, afternoon snacks, AV equipment,
entertainment, theme parties, sporting events and many daytime
activities, to name just a few.

How
are private functions handled?
Your group's functions can be held either in public rooms
or in private suites. Drinks, hors d'oeuvres and entertainment
can be provided at an affordable cost.

Can
you accommodate non-smokers?
Absolutely. All our dining rooms are designated non-smoking.
We offer non-smoking staterooms, and all our public areas
have smoking and non-smoking sections.

How
are on-board purchases handled?
Drinks, spa services, shore excursions and gift shop purchases
can all be charged to on-board accounts. You may either set
up a master account for your group, or leave it up to individual
participants to establish and settle their own accounts.

How
do we handle tipping?
There is a $10.00 per person, per day service fee that is
pre-paid so you don't have to worry about tipping once on-board.

Are
telephone, internet and fax services available?
Yes, anyone from your group can telephone directly from their
stateroom. In addition, worldwide telex, radiogram or fax
services are available from the ship. The guest will be charged
at applicable rates. We also have wi-fi capabilities if you
would like to bring your laptop that could be used around
the vessel.

Can NCL help with the promotion of
the cruise?

send to your participants.

Interactive TV
The Freestyle iTV system is designed to be informative and
entertaining. After selecting a topic of interest, guests
will be able to view short video clips showcasing shore excursions,
onboard shows and activities, port and shopping information,
and onboard bars and restaurants. Additionally, passengers
will be able to enjoy high-quality on-demand movies and music,
book shore excursions, view dining menus, order room service,
and request wake-up calls, all by use of a customized remote
control. A wireless keyboard is also available in each cabin
for guests who wish to send or receive Cruise-email™
(NCL’s onboard email service).

Our Internet Cafe
Be sure to give your friends and family back home email address
or you can give them your personalized Cruise-email™
(located on your cruise ticket) so you can stay in touch throughout
your cruise.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi, short for 802.11g wireless fidelity, is the most popular
standard for wireless LAN networks worldwide. Wi-Fi delivers
the Internet at an extremely fast 11 megabits per second operating
at a 2.4 gigahertz at long range.
Norwegian Cruise Line recognizes that many passengers feel
the need to stay connected while on vacation. Offering the
Internet Café and in-cabin dial up connections was
the first step and now we've gone even further by offering
our guests the opportunity to access the Internet from the
convenience of their personal computers. Guests can check
e-mail, send messages and get work done at their leisure without
having to be wired to their cabin. NCL guests can now surf
the Internet by the pool or in any of the onboard lounges,
meeting rooms, atriums and foyers.

Cellular
Phone
Passengers on North American cruises have the ability to
use their cell phones even when communications towers are
oceans away.
The service is available to most passengers with GSM phones
that operate at 900 MHz and 1900 MHz, which are common in
the U.S. These passengers will be able to make and receive
both voice calls and text messages. In addition, passengers
with data-capable GSM/GPRS devices are able to access all
data services, such as email and picture messaging. Passengers
will be billed by the carrier to whom they subscribe at roaming
rates set by that carrier, just as if they were roaming on
land instead of at sea.
