25, 2006 – NCL Corporation ("NCL") today
announced strategic changes to its North American sales department
to further support and enhance its long-term relationships
with the travel community. The changes include augmenting
existing roles within the sales department and the creation
of new positions.

19, 2006 - For the first time in 10 years, NCL Corporation
Ltd. (“NCL”) today unveiled a new, all-encompassing
brand identity created expressly to capture and articulate
the company’s unique Freestyle Cruising—an approach
to cruising unlike any other offered in the industry.

12, 2006 - After a rigorous analysis of the facts and
law, United States District Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga denied
the plaintiff’s motion for class certification in the
lawsuit stemming from the April 10, 2005 voyage of Norwegian
Dawn. The ship encountered heavy weather on its return to
New York including an unpredictable large wave. None of the
guests and crew suffered serious injuries.

7, 2006 - NCL Corporation Ltd. announced today that it
has entered into a contract with Aker Yards S.A. of France
to build up to three new cruise ships, totaling 12,600 berths
for delivery between 2009 and 2011. The contract price, comprising
two firm ships and one option, is €2.17 billion, or approximately
$2.8 billion at today’s exchange rate.
August
15, 2006 - NCL Corporation Ltd. (“NCL” or
the “Company”) today announced second quarter
2006 results, including a 9.2% increase in Net Yields; a reduction
in controllable Net Cruise Costs per Capacity Day; significantly
increased profitability at the operating income level; but
steeply increased fuel and interest costs and foreign exchange
translation losses, resulting in a net loss of $35.1 million.
August
14, 2006 – Today, NCL Corporation (“NCL”)
unveiled an enhanced Latitudes program that features tiered
benefits based on the number of NCL cruises passengers have
taken. The program is divided into four tiers—Bronze
(1-4) completed cruises, Silver (5-8 completed cruises), Gold
(9-13 completed cruises) and Platinum (14 or more completed
cruises) – each offering a set of benefits designed
to recognize and reward loyalty to NCL.

NCL Corporation Ltd. has scheduled a conference call for 8:30
a.m. Eastern time, Tuesday, August 15, 2006, to discuss the
company’s second quarter financial results, which are
expected to be released that morning.
July 26, 2006 - NCL
Corporation (“NCL”) announced today that Senator
Bob Graham and Mr. Alberto Ibargüen have each accepted
an invitation to join NCL’s board as independent non-executive
directors.
July 7, 2006 –
NCL Corporation (“NCL”) today announced several
new senior executive appointments for the revenue management,
fleet operations and finance departments. Robert Thye joins
NCL in the newly created position of senior vice president,
revenue management. Thye will report to Andy Stuart, NCL’s
executive vice president of sales, marketing and passenger
services. Carlos Hernandez joins NCL as vice president and
controller. Hernandez takes over from NCL’s current
controller, Jay Levitt who is leaving the company after 29
years of service. Hernandez will report to Bonnie Biumi, NCL’s
chief financial officer.
July 7, 2006 –
NCL Corporation today announced that it is the first cruise
line to offer cell phone service fleetwide. The service is
available for all passengers on all of its ships worldwide
even when communications towers are oceans away. The company
is providing the service through Wireless Maritime Services,
a joint venture of AT&T Wireless and Maritime Telecommunications
Network (MTN).
June 6, 2006 –
NCL Corporation (“NCL”) today announced that Norwegian
Spirit will drop anchor in the Big Easy beginning in November
2007 sailing seven-day exotic Western Caribbean cruises through
April 2008. Norwegian Spirit’s itinerary will feature
calls into Belize City, Santo Tomas, Guatemala and Costa Maya
and Cozumel, Mexico.
May 30, 2006 –
NCL Corporation (NCL) today announced that Norwegian Pearl,
its newest Freestyle Cruising vessel to be delivered in November,
will join Norwegian Sun and Norwegian Star in Alaska for the
2007 season. Norwegian Star and Norwegian Pearl will sail
seven-day roundtrip cruises from Seattle, and Norwegian Sun
will return to Vancouver for seven-day round-trip cruises.
NCL has the youngest fleet sailing Inside Passage cruises
and all of its itineraries will feature either Glacier Bay
or Sawyer Glacier giving NCL guests plenty of time to enjoy
the natural majesty of Alaska.
May 25, 2006 –
NCL Corporation (“NCL”) today announced that its
parent company, Star Cruises, has agreed to sell Norwegian
Crown to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Pte. Ltd., Singapore effective
August 2006. Star Cruises will concurrently charter the vessel
back from Fred. Olsen and NCL will continue her announced
deployment through to November 2007.

20, 2006 – Tonight, NCL America again made U.S.
maritime history by christening Pride of Hawai`i, the largest,
most luxurious and most expensive U.S.-flagged cruise ship
in history. The historic presentation of this new U.S. - flagged,
U.S.-crewed passenger ship continues NCL America’s dynamic
revival of the U.S.-flagged cruise industry that had seemingly
had been extinguished in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.

19, 2006 – NCL Corporation (“NCL”) today
announced that it has extended its relationship with the Republic
of Kiribati enabling it to continue to offer Fanning Island
on its long Hawaii cruises through to 2011 and to commit one
of its purpose-built new Freestyle Cruising ships to this
increasingly popular itinerary. Norwegian Sun, will replace
Norwegian Wind sailing 10- and 11-day itineraries from Honolulu
with a stop at Fanning Island beginning in September 2007.
This newer, larger ship, launched in 2001, will take over
and grow NCL’s 10- and 11-day Hawai`i trade when Norwegian
Wind is transferred to the Star Cruises fleet in late April
2007. The addition of Norwegian Sun to Hawai`i, following
the addition of Pride of Hawai`i in June, completes the Norwegian
Cruise Line brand and NCL America’ brand Hawai`i fleets
and will bring the total NCL Hawai`i fleet to over 8,500 lower
berths.

Today, NCL Corporation (“NCL”) announced the winners
of the “You’re Hired!” contest launched
in conjunction with the NBC television show, “The Apprentice”,
which featured NCL and Norwegian Jewel in a recent episode

April 24, 2006 –
Today, NCL Corporation announced the Honorable Daniel K. Inouye,
senior United States Senator from Hawai`i, will give the keynote
address and officially name NCL America’s newest U.S.-flag
ship at her christening on May 20th in Los Angeles, California.
Pride of Hawai`i is the third in a series of U.S.-flag cruise
ships sailing under the NCL America brand and built for the
Hawai`i market in furtherance of the “Hawai`i Cruise
Ship Initiative,” legislation sponsored by Senator Inouye
and passed by the United States Congress in February 2003.
April 19, 2006 –
Today, NCL Corporation (“NCL”) welcomed Pride
of Hawai’i as the newest member to the NCL America fleet,
with a handover ceremony in Emeshaven, Holland. At today’s
onboard ceremony, Star Cruises Chairman Tan Sri LIM Kok Thay
was joined by Colin Veitch, NCL President and CEO; and Bernard
Meyer, managing partner of Meyer Werft, the shipyard that
constructed the vessel.
April 17, 2006 –

of Claude Boudoux as its new vice president, food and beverage,
effective immediately. Boudoux comes to NCL with a distinguished

March 23, 2006 –
Today, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced details of its
episode of “The Apprentice,” which airs Monday,
March 27 (9-10 p.m. ET/PT). The candidates for NBC’s
“The Apprentice” are tasked with creating a 30-second
commercial for Freestyle Cruising using the backdrop of the
company’s newest ship, Norwegian Jewel. The commercials
will be judged by NCL’s President and CEO Colin Veitch
and GSD&M’s President and Founder Roy Spence. GSD&M
is NCL’s branding and advertising firm.

On April 6, 2006, Home Box Office (HBO) will present All Aboard!
Rosie’s Family Cruise, a documentary feature film chronicling
Rosie and Kelli’s first-ever cruise for gay and lesbian
families on board Norwegian Cruise Line’s (NCL) Norwegian
Dawn. The documentary, which was shot on the 2004 maiden voyage
of R Family Vacations by award-winning filmmaker & Emmy®
nominee, Shari Cookson, features a glimpse of society shaped

of Miami School of Business and the Graduate Placement Center
as the 2006 Mid-Sized Employer of the Year. The company was

– NCL Corporation Ltd. (“NCL” or the “Company”)
reported net income of $19.2 million on total revenues of
$1.6 billion for its year ended December 31, 2005, as compared
to a net loss of $8.7 million on total revenues of $1.3 billion
for the year ended December 31, 2004. The Company reported
a net loss of $28.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2005
on total revenues of $398.3 million, compared to a net loss
of $37.7 million on total revenues of $324.5 million for the
same period in 2004.
February 27, 2006
– Today, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced that
its ship Norwegian Jewel will be featured in an upcoming episode
of NBC’s “The Apprentice.” Entering its
fifth season, “The Apprentice’s” new season
begins tonight (9-10 p.m. ET/PT) with NCL’s episode
slated to run Monday, March 27 at 9 p.m.

– In April, NCL America will welcome the new Pride of
Hawai`i to its U.S. Flagged fleet. The largest U.S. Flagged
ship ever built, Pride of Hawai`i will join Pride of Aloha
and Pride of America offering seven-day, inter-island cruises
attracting new visitors and helping create more job opportunities.

February 23, 2006
– On Sunday, February 19, Pride of Hawai`i was floated
out of Meyer Werft’s roofed building dock and is now
berthed at the shipyard’s outfitting pier where all
remaining work will be completed. The 93,500-ton Pride of
Hawai`i, which is the sister ship to Norwegian Jewel, is scheduled
to transit the river Ems passage to Emsehaven on March 11
where she will undergo sea trials March 15 through the 19th.
February
7, 2006 - NCL’s next ship, Norwegian Pearl, will
bowl over the cruise competition with a “striking”
innovation – a full size, four lane, ten-pin bowling
alley. The bowling alley is part of an all-new, all-day entertainment,
sports bar and nightclub complex called Bliss. During the
day, Bliss is a sports bar with a four lane bowling alley,
multiple flat screen televisions to show sports events, and
air hockey, foosball and other arcade games.

2, 2006 – Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) and the Port
of New Orleans announced that NCL will be the first cruise
line to homeport in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina. NCL’s
Norwegian Sun returns to the Port of New Orleans on October
15, 2006 to sail seven-day exotic Western Caribbean cruises.
January 5, 2006 – Norwegian

Best Alternative Dining Room Cuisine” and “Best

Awards. The company received accolades for two of its groundbreaking
programs: one for Freestyle Cruising, which offers the most

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) will again feature a Wave of Prizes
contest during its eighth annual Sale of All Sails promotion
for 2006. NCL will shower cruise sellers with a multitude
