Miami,
November 30 - Today, NCL America announced that
it will hold an overnight fundraiser cruise on July 3,
2004 in Honolulu to benefit five Hawai`i-based charities.
The cruise is part of the line’s inaugural festivities
for its new U.S.-flagged ship, Pride of America. The new
ship, which will be based year-round in Hawai`i, is the
first new U.S.-flagged cruise ship in nearly 50 years.

November 30 - Today, at a press conference aboard
Norwegian Star in Honolulu, NCL America announced two winners
for
its “Aloha” shirt design competition, launched
in September. The designs of Deidre Britt and LeRoy Na’ahulelua
Makekau Jr. both of Oahu were selected from over a dozen
entries from University of Hawai’i art students.
NCL America challenged the students to create distinctive
design patterns for uniform shirts to be worn by crewmembers
aboard NCL America’s Pride of America and Pride of
Aloha, which will debut in Hawai’i in July and October
of 2004, respectively.

November 24 - NCL America has created a collection
of “Cruise & Stay” packages for Pride
of Aloha guests sailing on three- and four-day inter-island
cruises
in Hawai’i beginning Oct. 1, 2004. The Cruise &
Stay packages combine Pride of Aloha voyages with hotel stays,
car rentals, transfers, gratuities and other amenities to
form exotic land/sea vacations ranging from seven to nine
nights. Pride of Aloha, currently sailing as Norwegian Cruise
Line’s Norwegian Sky, will transfer to the NCL America
U.S.-flag brand next fall.

October 23 – Today, Norwegian Cruise
Line (NCL) kicks off its second partnership year
with the New York
Giants again becoming the team’s “Preferred Cruise
Line.”
In addition, the company will host its second annual Game
Day promotion and award one lucky fan a 7-day cruise vacation
at halftime of the Giants’ Nov. 9, 2003 contest with
the Atlanta Falcons.

Miami,
October 13 - A festive crowd of 4,000 enjoyed a benefit
concert by entertainers from Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)’s
Norwegian Majesty and Norwegian Sea in Bermuda last week.
The event, which was held in St. George’s Town Square
on Tuesday, October 7, raised more than $12,000 for the
St. George’s Preparatory School, which was heavily
damaged last month by Hurricane Fabian.

Catanzarite of South Bend, Ind. and Anton Mallard of Denver,
Colo. as first round winners of its new “Star Seekers”
passenger talent competition, which offers NCL guests the

Sept. 19 - Norwegian Cruise Line’s
Expansion Accelerates.
Two more Freestyle Cruising Ships – largest ever built
– for delivery in 2005 and 2006. Star Cruises announced
today that it has finalized orders earlier this week for two
new Freestyle Cruising ships for its Norwegian Cruise Line
(NCL) brand for delivery in Fall 2005 and Spring 2006, continuing
an expansion and renewal program that has seen a new ship
added every year since Star Cruises acquired the long-established
brand.

Last month, NCL America announced that Pride of America, the
first ocean-going U.S. Flagged cruise ship in nearly 50 years,
would feature on its hull a vibrant, artistic interpretation
of the Stars and Stripes combined with the United States'
national bird - the Bald Eagle. Now, the company is turning
to Hawaii artists to create a hull design for its newest addition
to NCL America, Pride of Aloha, which launches service on
Oct. 1, 2004.

- Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced today Norwegian Sea
will undergo a multi-million dollar refurbishment project
this month as it enters dry dock in Grand Bahama. Enhancements
range from the addition of a new restaurant, new carpet, granite
floors and countertops to wood floors and new upholstery added
to various public rooms on the ship.
