NCL CORPORATION NAMES NEW
MEMBER TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MIAMI – June 15, 2005 - NCL Corporation
(“NCL”) has named Walter L. Revell to its Board
as an independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Revell is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of Revell Investments International, Inc., a diversified investment,
development and management company located in Coral Gables,
Florida.
Revell also serves as a Director and Chairman
of the Audit Committee of The St. Joe Company, a publicly
traded company that is Florida’s largest land owner
and real estate developer, as a Director and member of the
Audit Committee of Rinker Group Limited, a large multinational
corporation based in Australia with extensive operations in
the United States, and as a Director and Chairman of the Audit
Committee of International Finance Bank in Miami, Florida.

Revell served as Secretary of Transportation
for the State of Florida in the Askew Administration. He served
as Chairman and CEO of H.J. Ross Associates, Inc., consulting
engineers, planners and scientists, and continues as Senior
Advisor to the new parent company, T.Y. Lin International,
in San Francisco.
Revell recently completed two special assignments
in Florida for Governor Jeb Bush. He served as Chairman of
the Florida Energy 2020 Study Commission, which conducted
an 18-month study and recommended a strategic plan for meeting
Florida’s energy needs over the next 20 years, including
changes in statutes, policies and regulations. He also was
Chairman of the Governor’s Hurricane Evacuation Task
Force, formed after Hurricane Floyd. Revell is a past Chairman
of the Board of both the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the
Greater Miami
Chamber of Commerce. He also has served on the Executive
Committee and the Board of Directors of the Florida Council
of 100.
He lives in Coral Gables and the Florida Keys with his wife,
Sheila. They have three grown children, two in business and
one on the faculty at Florida International University in
Miami.
