NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE ANNOUNCES NEW UK SALES
AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
MIAMI, June 28, 2001 - Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) today
confirmed the appointment of Tim Harding as the new sales
and marketing director for the United Kingdom (UK). He will
be based in NCL's London office.
Harding will be responsible for all UK based marketing and
public relations activities, in addition to overseeing sales,
guest relations and passenger services. He will report to
Andy Stuart, senior vice president, marketing and sales at
NCL's head office in Miami, FL.
"Tim's considerable experience, including his management
of Airtours Sun Cruises, will allow us to continue to develop
our innovative new Freestyle Cruising concept in the largest
cruise market outside of North America," said Stuart.
"Tim will consolidate marketing, sales, operations and
reservations for NCL in the UK."
Prior to joining NCL, Harding worked for Airtours for four
years and held several marketing positions, most recently
as senior marketing manager responsible for the company's
differentiated product portfolio, including Prestige, Escapades,
Family First and Aspro.

company and industry innovator that currently operates a fleet
of eight ships sailing to more than 200 ports around the world.
NCL is currently building three new ships: Norwegian Sun,
a 1,960-passenger sister ship to Norwegian Sky (for delivery
September 2001); Norwegian Star, a 2,200-passenger ship that
will be NCL's largest (for delivery in November 2001); and
Norwegian Dawn, a 2,200-passenger sister ship to Norwegian
Star (for delivery in December 2002).
