MIAMI, June 28, 2001 - Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) today confirmed the appointment of Tim Harding as the new sales and marketing director for the United Kingdom (UK). He will be based in NCL's London office.

Harding will be responsible for all UK based marketing and public relations activities, in addition to overseeing sales, guest relations and passenger services. He will report to Andy Stuart, senior vice president, marketing and sales at NCL's head office in Miami, FL.

"Tim's considerable experience, including his management of Airtours Sun Cruises, will allow us to continue to develop our innovative new Freestyle Cruising concept in the largest cruise market outside of North America," said Stuart. "Tim will consolidate marketing, sales, operations and reservations for NCL in the UK."

Prior to joining NCL, Harding worked for Airtours for four years and held several marketing positions, most recently as senior marketing manager responsible for the company's differentiated product portfolio, including Prestige, Escapades, Family First and Aspro.
