NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE VOYAGES WILL SAIL AS PLANNED

Miami - September 13, 2001 - Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) today announced all NCL voyages are scheduled to sail as planned with the exception of Norwegian Sea, which was repositioned to Boston for Sunday, September 16, 2001.

NCL will have an action team on hand throughout the weekend to assist NCL's Air/Sea passengers with questions and where possible, to help with alternative arrangements as needed.

Passengers who made independent arrangements to join their NCL cruise should contact the person who made the travel arrangements for the departing cruise, i.e. travel agent or airline, for updated information on flight service and schedules.

As it currently stands, NCL anticipates there will be air service to all major port cities. If a passenger wishes to cancel a cruise from a port city serviced by an airline, normal cancellation policies will apply.

If the passenger cannot get to the ship because of airline service disruptions, it is imperative that the passenger contact NCL directly prior to the departure of the ship so that NCL can assist in making alternative travel arrangements. If NCL is unable to arrange passenger travel, a claim will be reported and reviewed.

Future cruise certificates will only be awarded if air service to the port city is unavailable and NCL has been unable to make alternative arrangements.

NCL has set up a special number for more information at (800) 625-5672 from 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m., eastern standard time, through the weekend.
