NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE ALTERS NORWEGIAN DREAM ITINEARARY
Miami - October 9, 2001, 2001 - Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)
today announced it has altered its 12-day Ancient Holy Lands
itineraries of Norwegian Dream, scheduled for Oct. 15 from
Istanbul, Turkey to Athens, Greece and Oct. 27, 2001 from
Athens, Greece to Istanbul, Turkey.
Norwegian Dream will now call on Mykonos and Katakalon,
Greece instead of the originally scheduled stops at Alexandria
and Port Said, Egypt.
"NCL's highest priority is to ensure the safety and
security of all of our guests and crew," said Colin Veitch,
president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise
Line. "We are closely monitoring travel advisories from
the State Department and although we do not expect to have
to make further adjustments, we will do so if necessary and
in accordance with any new State Department advisories. "
Passengers wishing to cancel the 10/15 and/or 10/27 sailings
of Norwegian Dream will be subject to normal cancellation
policies.
