NORWEGIAN MAJESTY BERMUDA DEPARTURE DELAYED

Miami – October 12, 2001 – Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced unseasonably high winds have delayed today’s departure of Norwegian Majesty from Bermuda. The ship is scheduled to leave at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning, Saturday, Oct. 13 instead of today as previously scheduled.

Because of the delayed departure from Bermuda, the ship will arrive in Boston between 9-1 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 14. As a result, Norwegian Majesty will depart Boston on Monday, Oct. 15 at 4 p.m. instead of Sunday as planned.

Passengers who do not receive communication of this delay and arrive at the Port of Boston on Sunday will be accommodated overnight at a local hotel and will be transferred to the pier for embarkation on Monday, Oct. 15. Guests on the Oct. 15 sailing will be offered a $100 per person onboard credit with a maximum of $200 per stateroom.

NCL has sent notification of the delay to travel agents and passengers and is working closely with them to minimize inconvenience. Travel agents and guests affected by this change can call NCL for more information at (800) 625-5672.

For further information on NCL, contact a travel agent or NCL in the U.S. and Canada at (800) 327-7030.
