Miami, Fla., December 9, 1999 -- With an exciting hockey
season already in action, hockey fans can start gearing up
for Norwegian Cruise Lines annual Sports AfloatŪ Hockey
Cruise aboard the S/S Norway, June 24 July 1, 2000.
NCL guests come face to face with some of the NHLs most
legendary players during the week-long Pro Hockey Cruise to
the Eastern Caribbean, sailing roundtrip from Miami and making
port calls at St. Maarten, St. John, St. Thomas and Great
Stirrup Cay, NCLs private island. Cruise-only fares
for the Sports AfloatŪ Pro Hockey Cruise start at $899 per
person, based on double occupancy, including port charges.
Many NHL greats will be onboard to host and participate in
a fun-filled schedule of activities, including a four-on-four
hockey tournament and slap shot contest, Pro Hockey workout,
sports trivia contests, autograph signing sessions and question-and-answer
periods. Guests may also participate in the shipboard taping
of "Coast-to-Coast with James Brown," the number
one national sports radio talk show.
